We went away for 3 weeks while much of the work was being done. Frank informed us each time a new person entered our home, and kept giving us updates by send us photos, as things were progressing.

From start to finish we were very happy customers. We had our bathroom, separate toilet and separate vanity totally demolished and remodelled. I actually cried when it was finished I was that happy.

Service is good quotes inclusive of all items you would expect in a quote. Some companies quote labour only for the same thing items required are extra tiles etc . Always get a second quote. BRW are worth getting a quote.
